Madrigals is an intermediate mixed chamber ensemble (formerly a treble ensemble). This choir is best for those interested in a wider range of music, with the inclusion of more classical and spiritual pieces.

As a member, students learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, stage presence, vocal technique, musicianship, practice and detail work, and much more. Curriculum also includes the fundamentals of choral music including sight-singing, music theory, correct vocal tone production, and ensemble technique.

Through a good balance between hard work and fun, the environment of this choir strives to make all students feel welcome, appreciated, and leave all choir activities feeling pride in their accomplishments.

Students may request placement in this choir when requesting classes, as no audition is required. A mandatory parent/student meeting is held in May to give information for the next year (e.g. the Chorus Calendar, financial information, trip information – if applicable for that year, etc.).
